• Application details you enter in the apply form: name, email, mobile number (optional), city, age, occupation, chosen batch, and your reasons for applying.
• Booking details: the welcome-call slot you select.
• Essential cookies: a secure session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use your information

• To review your application and run the admissions process.
• To contact you about your batch, your welcome call, and your status.
• To respond to your questions and provide support.

We rely on your consent, which you give when you sign in and submit the apply form, and on our legitimate interest in operating the program.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the people and services needed to run the program:

• Our program team, who review applications and manage bookings.
• Google, which provides the sign-in you choose to use.
• Supabase, which hosts our database and authentication.

Storage and security

Your information is stored in a secure Supabase database hosted in the Mumbai (India) region. Access is limited to authorised members of the program team, and admin access is restricted to an approved list.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to run the admissions process and maintain program records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below), subject to any records we must keep by law.

Children

This site and program are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
